The ThetaHealing® Technique is a meditation technique and spiritual philosophy – not specific to one religion but accepting of them all. It is a training method for your mind, body, and spirit that allows you to clear limiting beliefs and live life with positive thoughts, developing virtues in all that we do.  Through meditation, the ThetaHealing® Technique creates a positive lifestyle. 

A limiting belief is a state of mind or belief about yourself that restricts you in some way. Everyone experiences limiting beliefs but learning how to identify them can help you proactively prevent these beliefs from limiting your joy.  Some beliefs are handed down through your ancestors, being helpful at one time though now holding you back. Many of these beliefs are held in the subconscious and you don’t even know about them! Replace limiting beliefs with positive beliefs and feelings.  Change the course of your life.

The ThetaHealing® Technique is a focused thought form given while in a theta brain wave, which allows you to train your mind, body, and spirit to clear one’s limiting beliefs and live life with positive thoughts while developing virtues and creating the life you want to live free from resistance.  Through meditation and focused prayer and intention, the ThetaHealing® Technique creates changes to experience new and positive lifestyle changes.

Preparing for your ThetaHealing® session

Drink plenty of water. 

It is important to be fully hydrated, this will allow your muscle testing to be clear and strong. 

During most sessions muscle testing will be needed. Coming into the session with an attitude and intention of wanting positive change and being ready for positive change is also important. It’s important to be clear on what issue you want to work on during the session and if you have an idea of how your issue is serving you or what you’re learning because of the issue, this will rapidly accelerate the pace of your session.
